ABCircular is a Berlin-based start-up with an international team of nine highly qualified specialists.

Our expertise lies in innovative recycling technologies, battery and fuel cell technology, green chemistry and the scientifically based assessment of sustainability. With our interdisciplinary approach, we develop scalable solutions for a circular economy – thereby laying the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

At the Grenke Innovation Festival 2023, ABCircular came out on top in a pitch competition and won the audience award. Another significant milestone: In June 2025, our Green Loops project was nominated as one of ten finalists for the prestigious Manchester Prize – Clean Energy Systems. The award recognises our AI-supported approach to converting waste into clean energy sources – and confirms ABCircular as a pioneering player at the interface of recycling, material innovation and sustainable energy.
